本研究では、共生型福祉サービスを実施している町をケースとし、コントロールとして、共生型福祉サービスを導入していない比較的地域特性が近い北海道の市町をコントロールとして、要介護ニーズに関する同内容の調査を実施し、共生型福祉サービスを実施している市町と非実施市町ではどのような要介護ニーズが異なるかを調べることを目的とした。結果を分析したところ、共生型福祉サービスを実施している町の方が、老人クラブ活動などの社会参加割合が高く、外出傾向も高くみられた。健康指標としては、うつ傾向やプレフレイルなどもケース群の方が高かった。一方で、スポーツの会やボランティア活動といった社会参加割合に差が見られなかった。北海道の市町村同士を比べたところ、共生型福祉サービスを導入している市町の方が地域診断指標は高くなると言う仮説であったが、地域性バイアスの影響が強く、本州の自治体と比較して、北海道の市町の方が地域診断指標の数値が全体的に低く、共生型福祉サービスを導入している市町と実施していない市町を比較して、要介護ニーズが異なるとは言い切れない結果であった。次年度は引き続き多角的に分析を進めていく予定である。

In this study, we conducted a survey on the implementation of symbiotic well-being services and the introduction of symbiotic well-being services, comparing regional characteristics, proximity to Hokkaido cities, and importance of care. Symbiotic well-being is a matter of concern. The results showed that the symbiotic well-being was high in social participation and high in out-going. Health indicators and trends tend to be high among the population.
