项目摘要

２０２２年度はコロナ禍が収束しなかったたこともあり、当初予定していた調査の過半が実施できなかった。しかし、以下２回の調査を実施した。まず６月に茨城県立歴史館（博物館・文書館）および同図書館において、分担者・協力者総員による調査を実施した。これは県内の明治期法学教育機関の存在有無の確認および当地での法学教育、そして法律学校関係者に関する調査を目的としたものであり、関連の資料収集につとめた。ついで１１月に群馬県および新潟県調査を実施した。これも上記と同様に、群馬県および新潟県内における法学教育関係の実態調査を目的としたもので、総員による調査を実施した。具体的な調査先は、群馬県立図書館、高崎市中央図書館、群馬県立文書館、新潟市歴史博物館、新潟県立図書館、新潟県立文書館であり、明治・大正期における法学教育に関連する郷土文献資料の収集につとめた。一連の調査をとおして、これまでの調査で十分に確認ができていなかった、茨城・群馬・新潟における法律学校関係者及び関係者が関わった地方法学教育機関の状況について明らかになった。他方で、これら３県においては、法学教育の動きがそれほど強力ではなかったことも明らかとなった。これらの調査結果を、兼ねてから進めている全国調査の中で位置付け、３県の法学教育と関係者の動きについて、総体的に把握することに努めたいと考える。他方で予定した調査が実施できなかったため、最終年度となる今年度に調査の一層の促進を期するものである。

In 2022, more than half of the planned investigations were carried out. The following two rounds of investigation were carried out. A series of investigations have been conducted to confirm the status of local law education institutions, including those who are related to law schools in Ibaraki, Gunma and Niigata. He is the first person in the world to be educated in law. The results of this investigation are as follows: 1. the position of the national investigation is paid, 3. the legal education is related to the movement of the whole body, and 3. the investigation is carried out in the middle of the whole country.
