项目摘要

子ども観や保育観は，保育者のそれまでの人生経験が反映されるため（梶田他，1990），保育者間である程度異なることが想定される。前年度の研究（山口・中川，2021）から初任保育者は，保育観の葛藤や人間関係の葛藤を抱えていることがわかった。チーム保育を必要とする乳児クラスでは，同僚間の保育観や子ども観の違いへの対処の仕方が初任保育者の保育実践に影響を与えている可能性があると考えた。そして，同僚間の子ども観や保育観の違いを対人葛藤の一つと捉え，その対処方略を左右する要因として心理的安全性（Edmondson, 1999）に着目した。本年度は，乳児保育に携わる初任保育者が，心理的に安全であると感じる環境をどのように構築しているのかSCATにより分析を進めた。また，本年度は初めての保育実習で乳児クラス（0歳児・1歳児・2歳児）を担当した学生の子ども観を明らかにするため，保育実習におけるエピソード分析を行った。その結果，学生は，乳児をかわいいと感じていること，実習を経験することで，乳児のかわいさの手がかりを増やしたり,これまでもっていたかわいさの捉えを修正したりしながら，乳児への理解を深めていること，保育実習中や実習後に，子どものかわいさについて保育者や学生間などで話し合うことが，保育者としての子ども観や保育観を構築していく上で重要となる可能性が示唆された（中川・山口，2023）。今後は，これまでに得られたデータから，初任保育者の子ども観や保育観の特徴や経年変化の特徴についてまとめていく予定である。
