项目摘要

利益相反管理について、各大学のポリシーや内規は、相当抽象的な方針を定めるに過ぎず、大学によっては、利益相反を管理すべきシチュエーションが明確に特定されていない。そのため、現場では、違和感は感じているものの、明確なルール違反を見いだせず、対応に苦慮することが多い。また、利益相反管理の対象となるリスクは、産学連携活動の相手先企業への啓蒙活動も必須となる。そこで、2022年度は、アカデミアの現場の研究マネジメント人材（URA含む）と産学連携の相手先企業の法務担当者のリテラシー向上を狙った情報発信や学会発表を行った。本研究の成果は、学内外の教育・研究機関で、利益相反管理にかかる方針策定、現場対応、啓もう用資料の作成等にも生かされている。また、研究インテグリティ確保のための利益相反管理についても、学会内での議論の場をつくり、その成果を論文としてまとめており、20203年度中の公開が見込まれる。また、国際発表では、大学と大学発スタートアップの間で発生する利益相反とそのマネジメントについて今までの成果を発表し、今後の研究の進展に資する成果を得た。Forum on Conflict of Interest in Academe (FOCI Academe)のコミュニティを通じて、米国の大学が利益相反管理にかかる人件費等の経費の財源をどのように位置づけているか、調査を行った。アドミニストレーション部門の経費の日米の違いについて、レポートをまとめ、学内外で情報共有している。
