本研究の目的は、大学にて障害のある学生の支援プログラムの実践や、支援を行うための大学システムの整備において、大学・学生相談機関に従事する学生相談カウンセラーの機能や役割を明らかにし、実効的な組織体制の構築を可能とすることである。本研究では、まず、学生支援に携わる学生相談カウンセラーや、障害のある学生と教職員の調整を行う障害学生支援コーディネーターなど大学で学生支援に携わる「人」の動きに着目することで、障害学生支援に携わるカウンセラーやコーディネーターに必要な知識やスキルを明らかにすることを目標としている。令和4年度は、(1)障害学生支援に携わる学生相談カウンセラー、支援コーディネーター対象のインタビュー調査の分析、（2）A大学の障害学生支援の実践の検証を行った。（1）インタビュー調査については、障害学生支援に携わる学生相談カウンセラー、支援コーディネーター計9名に半構造化面接を行い、実際の業務、連携、組織へのコンサルテーション、その際に必要なスキルや知識について尋ねた結果を分析した。その結果、障害学生支援に携わる支援者に必要な「専門性に対する知識やスキル」、さらに、「専門性」を促進する要因として、学生支援・他者理解・組織理解に対する「態度」を具体的に抽出した。本インタビュー調査の結果については、国際学校心理学会（ISPA)にて発表した。（2）また、インタビュー調査結果から、障害学生支援体制の整備・連携に関連する促進要因について分析した。その結果、支援者側の要因、学内教職員の要因、学生の要因に関する要因を抽出した。本分析結果については、国内学会(日本心理臨床学会）にて発表の準備を進めた。（3）A大学の障害学生支援の実践の検証については、身体障害学生の事例報告とインタビュー調査結果について、大学紀要論文にまとめた。
