项目摘要

児童青年期の精神障害を診断するための構造化面接であるK-SADS-PL-5日本語版の心理測定学的特性のうち、評価者間信頼性、基準妥当性、構成概念妥当性を検証した結果を投稿して掲載された。本研究では被験者の主要な生涯診断として、注意欠如・多動症(36.5％)、うつ病(30.7％)、社交不安症(28.5％)、自閉スペクトラム症(24.1％)、持続性抑うつ障害(21.2％)、反抗挑発症(16.1％)が見られた。双極性障害、摂食障害、素行症を伴う被験者の数は10未満であったため、算出されたκ値の95％信頼区間が広く、基準妥当性を確認するには適切ではないと判断した。分離不安症を除いた全障害についてκ値で0.75を超える評価者間信頼性が示され、広場恐怖を除いた全障害についてκ値で0.4を超える基準妥当性が示された。Makino, T., Suzuki, F., Nishiyama, T. et al. The structural interface for the diagnosis of mental disorders in childhood is described in K-SADS-PL-5. The characteristics of psychometrics in Japanese are described in the paper. In this study, the main career diagnoses of the victims were attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)(36.5%), neurosis (30.7%), social dysphoria (28.5%), autism (24.1%), persistent depression (21.2%), and resistance disorder (16.1%).
