项目摘要

感情教育プログラム「感情の理解と対処の育成」はこれまで複数の小中学校で実施され、一定の科学的評価をあげてきた。しかしその検証は、本プログラムが育成する情動焦点型コーピング(emotion-focused coping)の対象となるエクスプリシット感情(Explicit Affect: EA)の意識下にあるインプリシット感情(Implicit Affect: IA)の動きを捉えていない欠点を有していた。また、プログラムの内容についてもより現場が実施しやすい方向への修正が求められていた。そこで、一連の研究ではIAの測定が可能な尺度の標準化作業（研究１）、プログラムの再作成（研究２）、プログラムの再改定（研究３）、そしてEAとIAによるプログラムの効果評価測定（研究４）とフォローアップも含めた検討（研究５）、さらにはモデルプランの提唱（研究６）を行う予定とした。昨年度までに研究１から４まで実施したため、今年度はまず研究５の遂行を試みた。しかし、昨今の状況からフォローアップを含めた調査を遂行することが難しく、プログラムの効果検証のみにとどめる形となった。教育前後の数値を比較した結果、教育前に各変数の値が中央値以下であった児童において、EAとIAの各感情において統計的に有意な上昇（正感情）、あるいは低下（負感情）がみられ、その効果を確認した。本研究の結果は、前年度より学校数を増やし実施したため、より安定した結果を得ることができた。今後は、よりその効果が持続しているのかを確認することが課題となる。なお、これまでの研究成果を国際学会に発表するため、とりまとめを行ったが、昨今の事情により直前で発表を断念せざるを得ない状況となった。
