项目摘要

本研究の目的は、「外来で見逃しやすい国際的に脅威となる感染症に関する、非感染症専門医のための初期診療トレーニングコース」を開発し、有用性を評価することである。3年間の研究期間のうち、最初の2年で学習者のニーズ調査、個別目標設定から開始し、教材開発と評価表作成に時間をかけた上で、当センター救急外来医療者を対象にパイロットコースを実施する予定としていた。初年次は、3年間の方向性を決めるために、「プログラム開発に関する計画立案」に関する関係者会議を実施し、ここで、プログラム実施対象者、プログラム作成方法、シナリオ作成方法等について方向性を決定した。また、ニーズ調査および個別目標設定を行うために、国際的に脅威となる感染症の１つとしてAMR（薬剤耐性）に関する研修プログラムに参加し、これらを踏まえて、代表的なシナリオ（案）を作成した。初年次の終わり(2020年2月）には、研修コースのプロトタイプを実施しニーズ調査・個別目標設定を行う予定であった。しかし、2020年に入り新型コロナウイルス感染症が発生・拡大し、パンデミックに至った。そのため、研究者およびそれを取り巻く環境がパンデミック対応に追われ、研究の遂行が困難になった。加えて、2020年以降は世界的に渡航制限が継続される事態となり、国際的に脅威となる感染症を取り巻く状況とニーズが大幅に変わったことから、本研究計画の軌道修正も必要になった。これらを勘案して、2021年度は研究遂行期間を延長した。
