项目摘要

本研究は、①コーチング担当指導教員6名の養成と②クリニカル・クラークシップ中の医学生へのコーチングの導入の2つの要素で構成されている。今年度は、②の実施で対象となったクリニカル・クラークシップ中に①で養成したコーチング担当指導教員6名よりコーチングを受けた千葉大学医学部医学科5年次の学生15名から収集したデータ（Webアンケートやフォーカスグループの発言内容等）を質的量的に解析し、単施設で診療参加型臨床実習中の医学生にコーチングを実施することにより医学生の自己効力感やレジリエンスが向上するということが明らかとなった。また、この研究成果を2022年8月上旬に開催された第54回日本医学教育学会大会（群馬）では口演で（横尾英孝ら、臨床実習中の医学生に対するコーチングの実施と混合研究法による効果の検証）、2022年8月下旬に開催された欧州国際医学教育学会（An International Association for Medical Education 2022,Lyon, ハイブリッド開催）ではe-Ｐoster形式で（Hidetaka Yokoh et al.Coaching for medical students: a new approach to enhance a learning effect during clinical clerkship）それぞれ発表・報告を行った。
