我々は、MedCity21人間ドックにて呼び出しシステムと名付けた本格的に精度管理を行い受診勧告を行っています。胸部X線検査、胸部CT検査にて要精密検査と判定されれば附属クリニック外来に受診勧告するシステムです。2022年にオミクロン株を中心としたCOVID-19の大波を3回経験しました（第6波：1～3月、第7波：7～9月、第8波：10月～2月）。オミクロン株はオリジナル株やデルタ株より拡散しやすいといわれています。これらCOVID波により肺がん検診は大変影響を受けています。2018年から2021年まで1年間で、胸部X線検査を施行した健診者は、順に12540、13690、12070、13409人であり、胸部X線検査にて要精密検査は、順に2.7%（リピーター/初回受診　2.1/3.4%）、2.4%（1.8/3.2%）、2.4%（1.8/3.8%）、2.3%（1.5/4.0%）でした。2022年は13068人が胸部X線検査を施行されました。要精密検査は、1.8%（1.2/3.3%）とそれまでより大変低くなっています。COVID-19期間中において肺がんの発見比が低下したことを日本人間ドック学会にて報告。(木村達郎他　2021年第62回日本人間ドック学会学術大会)　　2022年のCOVIDの影響についてAmerican Society of Clinical Oncology　Annual Meeting 2023にSubmit しています。胸部X線所見における結節影は、リピーターが初回受診者に比べ高い傾向にあり、同一施設をリピートすることが肺がんの除外診断に有用であり健診受診者のメリットになることを2020年第27回国際健診学会で報告、さらに、論文化しました。(Kimura T, et al.
