项目摘要

1．2022年3月までに研究課題に関するデータ収集を終了し、検討を要する心理指標（POMS短縮版）以外のデータを分析した結果を2022年12月に岐阜・長良川で開催された第44回日本疼痛学会で口頭発表した。2．にその概要を示す。2．本研究はMelzackとWallのゲートコントロール説（1965；1968）（太い触覚神経の刺激によって細い痛覚神経が抑制されるメカニズムが存在する）を背景理論とし、in situ（ヒトを対象とする実験研究デザイン）で、その現象が内臓痛に対して見られるか否かを実証することである。本研究では，準無作為化試験によって，直径1.5mmの極小ビーズを敷き詰めた粘着テープ（以下，BT）が内臓痛である月経痛に及ぼす効果を組織的に検討した。月経困難症のない健常女性を6名ずつ4群に分け，1卵胞期と2月経期（うち1月経期がテープ装着月）にデータ収集を行った．4群のうち2群にはBTを，他の2群には平テープ（テープのみ）を用いた。テープ装着月と無装着月が逆になるようにBT，平テープ各群をさらに2群に分けた。対象者はテープ装着月に月経初日から4日間，自分自身でBTあるいは平テープ（7.5×13cm）2枚を臍下に左右に貼付し，入浴毎に毎日新しいものと交換した。月経痛の評価にはVAS，SF-MPQ，その他の痛み評価ツールとPAIN VISIONを用いた。データ収集は月経1日目から2日目に研究室で行い，さらに初日から4日間，自宅で月経日誌にVASも記録してもらった。その結果、BT貼付によって月経痛が有意に軽減することがVASと種々の評価ツールで確認された。平テープにも類似の効果を認めたが，BTには心地よさや保温効果という質的なメリットが認められた。
