本研究の目的は、脳卒中後うつ病を発症した患者を脳卒中看護に卓越した看護師がどのように観察し類似疾患と判別しているか、その看護技術を明らかにすることである。それらの結果をもとに広く一般病棟で看護を実践する看護師の脳卒中後うつ病看護の実態を評価する。これらにより脳卒中後うつ病患者がどのようなところで見逃されたり、類似疾患と誤認されやすいのかを検討する。本年度の計画は、脳卒中臨床現場で卓越した技術を有する看護師を対象に脳卒中後うつ病患者をどのように観察し、類似疾患と判別しているか、早期治療につながる卓越した看護技術についてデルファイ法で明らかにする。その結果を一般病棟で脳卒中看護を実践する看護師に調査票で調査し、脳卒中後うつ病看護の実態を明らかにする。

The aim of this study was to identify the symptoms of stroke, to identify patients with stroke, and to identify patients with stroke.
