本研究は、地域包括ケアシステムの構築にあたり重要な役割を担う看護師について、在宅サービス領域での雇用実態等の分析を通じて労働力確保の有効策を提示することを目的としている。Covid-19の再々の流行拡大により、当初予定していた調査方法を変更し、Web調査を実施した。具体的には、実効性を高めるために調査対象を、居宅サービス事業所から医療・介護施設、人材派遣会社等、勤務先を限定せず、休・離職中の者も含め看護職の免許保有者全てとし、在宅サービス領域での就労意向および特性を見出すこととした。なお本調査は、研究代表者が所属する機関の研究審査委員会の承認を得た上で実施した。調査会社を通じて回答を得た計1,000人のうち、看護師945人（うち保健師免許保有180人、助産師免許保有41人）、准看護師55人であり、30代が最も多く31.7％、40代29.9％、50代17.5％、20代15.4％、60代以上4.7％と続く。平均年齢は41.2歳であり、看護職としての平均経験年数は16.5年だった。雇用形態等の状況は、正規雇用（短時間含む）85.0％、非正規雇用（パート、派遣等）6.9％、出産・育児等休業中6.1％、自営業0.4％、離職中1.2％、定年退職0.4％であった。病院に勤務する者が最も多く64.2％、次いで診療所11.4％、訪問看護ステーション3.1％であり、さまざまな場所で働く者が回答しているが、今後の働き方を全員に尋ねてみると、他の勤務先を希望する者が半数を超え56.3％を占める状況にある。どちらともいえない者23.5％も含めて在宅サービス領域での就労意向を確認すると、訪問看護ステーションでは28.8％、その他の在宅領域26.0％、介護保険施設で24.3％の者が、これら施設での就労意向を示す結果となる。今後これら看護職員の特性や就労条件等を具体的に分析する必要がある。

This study aims to analyze the employment situation in the field of nursing care, including the construction of health care system, and to ensure the effectiveness of health care system. The popularity of Covid-19 has been greatly improved, and the method of investigation has been revised and implemented. Specific aspects include: investigation object, residence service, business office, medical care facility, personnel dispatch agency, etc., service priority, retirement, resignation, including nursing position, exemption holder, intention and characteristics of residence service. The research representative of this investigation shall be recognized by the research review committee of the organization to which he belongs. 1,000 people were surveyed, 945 nurses (180 health care professionals and 41 midwives were exempted), 55 prospective nurses, 31.7% of 30 generations, 29.9% of 40 generations, 17.5% of 50 generations, 15.4% of 20 generations, and 4.7% of 60 generations or more. The average age of nursing is 41.2 years, and the average age of nursing is 16.5 years. The employment pattern was as follows: regular employment (including short-term employment) 85.0%, irregular employment (such as temporary employment and dispatch) 6.9%, production and child rest 6.1%, self-employment 0.4%, resignation 1.2%, and annual retirement 0.4%. 64.2% of the patients were on hospital duty, 11.4% were in clinics, 3.1% were in nursing care, 56.3% were in nursing care, and 56.3% were in nursing care. 23.5% of the respondents confirmed their intention to work in the field of residential care, 28.8% visited nursing care, 26.0% worked in the field of other residential care, 24.3% worked in the field of health care, and 24.3% worked in the field of health care. In the future, it is necessary to analyze the characteristics and conditions of nursing staff.
