本研究は、多施設の看護師を対象に疫学的手法を用いて、離職のハイリスクと考えられる「離職意向あり」群(以下、離職意向群)の特性に関するエビデンスの提供と、それらのエビデンスに基づいた離職意向群の把握のための予測システムの開発、および職務継続支援方法の確立に資することを目的とした職務継続支援のためのガイドラインの開発を行い、看護師の離職防止に貢献することにある。そこで、本研究の令和元年度の目的を、看護師全体および属性別(性、年齢、勤務年数)の職務継続・離職意向、職場環境、労働意欲、身体的・精神的健康度および労働生産性の実態を明らかにすることとした。本研究は、愛知県立大学研究倫理審査委員会の承認(31愛県大学情第1-39号)を受け実施した。A県内200床以上の病院に勤務する看護師4208名を対象に自記式質問紙を配布し、1386名より回答を得た。回収率31.3%であった。調査項目は日常の運動習慣、健康への意識、自覚症状、飲酒習慣、喫煙習慣、栄養摂取状況、睡眠状態、精神的健康度、仕事への意欲、関心の程度、職場環境、労働生産性等に関する収集を行った。調査票は自作であり、調査票へ記入は性、年齢、経験年数、職位、勤務年数、夜間勤務体制等とした。データの処理方法は、令和2年3月現在、テータの入力が終了して、分析に向けて取り組む段階である。分析方法については、統計処理には統計ソフトIBM SPSS Statistics26(日本IBM, 東京)を用いる。以上が令和元年度の実績である。

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of multiple caregivers on the use and turnover of nursing staff.(The following is a description of the characteristics of the intention group to quit: the provision of information, the determination of information base, the development of prediction system, the establishment of job support methods, the development of job support methods, and the contribution of caregivers to the prevention of resignation.) This study aims to clarify the relationship between job status, turnover intention, workplace environment, motivation, physical health, mental health, and productivity of all caregivers by gender, age, and years of service. This study was approved by the Research Ethics Review Committee of Aichi University (No. 31, Aichi University Information No. 1-39). A total of 4208 nurses in hospitals with more than 200 beds were assigned self-recording questions and 1386 were answered. The recovery rate was 31.3%. The survey items include daily exercise habits, health awareness, symptoms of schizophrenia, drinking habits, smoking habits, nutrition status, sleep status, mental health, desire to work, degree of concern, workplace environment, labor productivity, etc. The investigation ticket shall be recorded in nature, year, number of years of service, position, number of years of service, night service system, etc. In March 2002, the company completed the analysis and took steps to improve the quality of the products.
