要介護高齢者がヒト免疫不全ウイルス感染症をはじめとする慢性感染症を有している場合，高齢者介護施設での入所の受け入れが困難な状況が実在している.慢性感染症の有無にかかわらず，要介護高齢者が安心して生活を継続し，余命を全うするための一つとして特別養護老人ホームや介護老人保健施設などの高齢者介護施設において，慢性感染症を有しながら日常生活での支援を必要とする要介護高齢者（以下，慢性感染症要介護高齢者とする）の入所の受け入れ門戸が開かれていることは重要である.そこで，本研究は高齢者介護施設において，慢性感染症要介護高齢者の入所の受け入れを促進するための体制モデルを構築することを目的としている。また本研究は，①文献検討，②質問紙調査，③ヒアリング調査，④モデル構築の4段階の研究計画から構成されている．2022年度は，計画の３つ目にあげている高齢者介護施設において入所判定を担当する者を対象とした慢性感染症要介護者の入所に関するヒアリング調査を予定していた．そのため，2021年度に実施した質問紙調査の調査対象施設に対してヒアリング調査への協力を依頼したが，高齢者介護施設でのCOVID-19感染流行の時期と重なったこともあり，協力を得ることが難しく延期せざるを得なかった．そこで，2021年度に実施した高齢者介護施設における慢性感染症要介護高齢者の受け入れの現状と慢性感染症が入所判定に及ぼす影響や受け入れを可能にする要件についての質問紙調査で得られた結果の分析を進め，結果返却を希望する高齢者介護施設に報告書を提出するとともに，第42回日本看護科学学会学術集会にて成果報告を行った．

In 2021, we conducted a survey on the implementation of the survey target, and the cooperation between the survey target and the high-level health care facilities during the epidemic period of COVID-19 infection was delayed. In 2021, the current situation of chronic infectious disease, the status of chronic infectious disease, the impact of chronic infectious disease, the possibility of chronic infectious disease, the analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey, the results of the questionnaire survey, and the results of the questionnaire survey were reported.
