本研究の目的は、造血幹細胞移植後患者対象とした長期フォローアップ外来のケアガイドラインを開発し、その妥当性を確認することである。そのために調査１-3を行う。調査１「移植後患者への長期フォローアップ外来のニーズ調査」：長期フォローアップ外来に通院する患者を対象にインタビュー調査を行い、患者のニーズを明らかにする。調査２「ケアガイドラインの開発」：調査１の結果を基に、看護ケアガイドラインを開発する。作成したガイドラインについて移植外来に関係する看護師、理学療法士、医師にインタビュー調査を行い、改善点を明らかにすることで洗練化を図りガイドラインを開発する。調査３「ケアガイドラインの有効性の評価」調査２で作成したケアガイドラインを移植後患者に適用する。ガイドラインを適用した患者5名および看護師5名にインタビュー調査を行いその効果を評価する。2019年度、造血幹細胞移植長期フォローアップに関する文献検討を行い、その結果をThe 6th internationalNursingResearch Conference of World Academy of Nursing Scienceで 「Review:Lomg -Term Follow-up program after HematopoieticCell Transplantation」というテーマで発表を行った。2020年度、所属施設の倫理審査を受け承認を受けた(承認番号19-044)。また、川崎医科大学附属病院の倫理審査を受け承認を得た。倫理審査承認後、調査１として、長期フォローアップ外来に通院している患者にインタビュー調査を始め、同時に分析を行った。2021年度、調査１の患者へのインタビューを終え、調査２の医療者へのインタビューを行った。現在3名の看護師へのインタビューを終えている。2022年度調査２として理学療法士1名のインタビューを終え、看護師へのインタビューと合わせて分析を進めている。
