项目摘要

本研究は、点滴をしている子どもの行動特性と点滴固定の強度を、人間工学の手法を用いて明らかにし、点滴治療が必要な子どもと管理する看護師双方にとって有益な固定法を考案し、検証することを目的としている。2019年度より3～4歳の点滴経験のない子どもを対象として、疑似的に点滴固定の状況を作り、点滴固定のある状態とない状態でのブロック遊びとDVD視聴の2種類の遊びの様子と、こども自身が点滴固定を外す様子をビデオ撮影する実験研究を実施していたが、COVID-19の感染拡大により、追加のデータ収集が出来ていない。2022年度は、以前収集したデータの分析結果について、日本小児看護学会第32回学術集会で口演発表を行った。ブロック遊びでは、シーネ固定がある場合は、固定した手の動きや固定部を触れることも少なく、固定を強く意識している様子が見られたが、DVD視聴では固定部への接触時間、回数がブロック遊びよりも多い傾向があり、子どもの注意が映像に向くことで、固定部を触れないことへの意識が薄れてしまい、違和感のある固定部に触れてしまっていることが考えられた。また、固定部の外し方は、テープの端を探して、1枚ずつ剥がしていく様子がみられた。そのため、子どもが固定されていることを強く意識しないような固定方法、端がわかりにくい工夫により自己抜去を予防できる可能性が示唆された。COVID-19の第7波収束後、COVID-19感染対策を含めた研究計画の見直し、研究倫理審査の申請等、実験再開に向けて準備を実施した。
