本研究の目的は,サバイバーの発がんリスクを低減させる保健教育モデルを開発すること,そのために,発がんリスク遺伝子とライフスタイルに着目し,サバイバーの生活課題を明確化することである。小児がんサバイバーは治療によって極めて深刻な細胞傷害,DNA傷害を被る。二次がん発症リスクは年少での治療ほど大きくかつ加齢とともに高くなる。そのため,二次がん発症予防はサバイバーの重要な健康課題である。保健施策の立案には,遺伝素因と環境要因を含めた,サバイバーの前向きコホートのデータ蓄積が必要不可欠である。また,データ蓄積と共に,サバイバーへの保健教育効果も暫時アクション・リサーチする必要がある。本研究では,サバイバーの生活課題を発がん遺伝子とライフスタイルに着目して解明する。ALDH2活性者によるストレス飲酒はアルコール依存や発がんを惹起する。また,同量飲酒の場合,発がんはALDH2不活性者がALDH2活性者よりも高頻度である。サバイバーは疾患や治療に伴うPTSD率が高く,就学・就労困難による抑うつも大きいため,過度の飲酒に陥る危険性が高いが,サバイバーの心理社会的要因とライフスタイルの関連は調査されていない。研究1「小児がん経験者の健康生活課題に関する質的調査」を実施し、若年成人期にあるサバイバーの晩期合併症,心理社会的問題,発がんリスク遺伝素因（ALDH2）,ライフスタイルの関連を探索的に明らかにする予定であった。2019-2022年度は、面接, 質問紙調査内容を明らかにするために，国内外の小児がん経験者の飲酒文献検討を行い，対照群である大学生の飲酒行動に関する調査報告とともに国内外で学会発表をした。

Study 1 "Qualitative survey on healthy living issues for young adults" was carried out, and if the age of adulthood is not enough, the complications in the later period, psychosocial problems, development factors (ALDH2), and the relationship between sex factors are explored. 2019-2022 The contents of the annual survey are clearly stated, and the literature on alcohol consumption of young people at home and abroad is reviewed. The survey report on alcohol consumption of college students at home and abroad is presented.
