项目摘要

本研究の目的は、母親が乳幼児健診時などの保健指導の際に短時間で的確に自身の健康について相談でき、子育て世代包括支援のツールともなる母親健康手帳の開発と母親の健康自己管理に向けた保健師による産後ケアの一環としての健康支援プログラムを開発することである。2022年度の研究目標は、①母親健康手帳を活用した健康支援プログラムを実施し、母親の健康状態と健康自己管理状況を無記名自記式質問紙法にて産後６ヵ月時点と産後18ヵ月時点の調査行うこと、②2015年度より調査している産後６ヵ月から産後３年までの妊娠・出産からの身体の回復に伴う健康状態について分析の継続、である。①については、産後６ヵ月時点での調査を終え、現在は産後18ヵ月の調査を継続中である。②については、産後６ヵ月から産後３年にかけて母親にある症状数の変化は認められず５～６項目で推移した。減少した項目は肩こりのみであった。

The purpose of this study is to develop maternal health care accounts, maternal health care management, postpartum health care support, and maternal and child care support in a short period of time. The objectives of the study for 2022 are: (1) the use of maternal health accounts, the implementation of health support programs, the health status of mothers and health self-management status, anonymous self-recording paper questionnaire, the survey at 6 months postpartum and 18 months postpartum, and (2) the analysis of the health status associated with the recovery of the body from 6 months postpartum to 3 years postpartum in 2015. 1.
