项目摘要

これまでに若年性乳がん女性の意思決定支援に関する文献レビューを実施し、総説として論文投稿したが、現在は、子宮頸部がんに関する国内外の文献をレビューしている。キーワードは、「子宮頸部腫瘍」「意思決定」「共有意思決定」「意思決定プロセス」「意思決定支援」「妊孕性温存」とした。国内文献については、医中誌および学会収載誌、最新看護索引Webを使用して論文を抽出した。国内では原著論文はまだ少なく数件であった。海外文献については、CINHL WITH FULL TEXTおよび PubMed を使用した。キーワードは「cervical cancer」「fertility」または「infertility」、「reproductive」または「fertile」、「decision making」または「decision-making」「decision making process」「decision-making process」とした。現在、24件の論文を抽出し、精査しているところである。海外においても先行研究は少ない状況であった。子宮頸部腫瘍に関する妊孕性温存意思決定支援に関しては2件しかヒットせず、抽出した論文を精査し、レビュー文献などからも関連する論文がないか確認する作業も実施した。子宮頸部がん女性の妊孕性温存に関する意思決定プロセスを、若年性乳がん女性の先行研究結果と比較し、子宮頸部腫瘍の場合の妊孕性に関する情報提供の時期やタイミングを含めて明らかにし、特徴と支援について総説として検討する。その成果は、令和6年2月の学会で発表予定である。また、同時進行で、妊孕性温存意思決定支援看護モデル案の素案を研究分担者と検討中である。若年性乳がんに関しては、ほぼ出来上がりつつある。
