项目摘要

妊婦健康診査における助産師外来用e-ラーニングの教育内容を検討するにあたり、会話分析、熟練性のわざの抽出、妊婦を対象とした健康関連QOL調査の３つの調査結果を分析した。質的帰納的研究デザインを用いた会話分析では、助産師を信用してくれているサインを受け取り、会話から得た気がかりおよび五感を用いた手がかりから、妊婦健康診査を推し進めていた。熟練性のわざの抽出は、エスノメソドロジー法を参考とした探索的記述研究を用い、状況の知覚と援助の実施における同時性に特徴があった。妊婦に対する精神的なサポートへの資料とするために調査したSF-36v2を用いた健康関連QOLの結果では、妊娠初期、中期、後期の変化において、「社会生活機能」、「日常役割機能（精神）」、「心の健康」の項目で、妊娠後期にかけて得点が上昇していた。これらの調査データの分析結果をもとに、妊婦健康診査における助産師外来担当者向けe-ラーニングの内容を検討した。助産師外来担当者向けe-ラーニングの内容は、「助産師の実践力とは何か」「熟練助産師の特徴」「助産師が困難と感じていること」「成人学習における観点」「会話の特徴・対話のコツ」「リフレクションとは何か」「リフレクションに必須なスキル」「ルーブリックとは何か」「五感で診るコツ」「自己の成長を促す動機付け」とし、これらを構成した教材を作成した。
