本研究の目的は日本で妊娠・出産する外国人女性に対するCulturally Appropriate Maternity Care（文化的に適切な助産ケア：以下、CAMC）モデルを構築することである。2019年度は、Systematic Review、概念分析、助産師および在日外国人を対象とした半構造化面接などの予備研究を実施した。2020-2021年度には、予備研究の結果に基づき対象者をムスリム女性に定めて研究を進め『在日ムスリム女性に対するCAMCモデル』を構築した。研究方法はシンボリック相互作用論を理論的前提に置いた修正版グラウンデッド・セオリー・アプローチ（以下、M-GTA）による質的記述的研究であった。2022年度においては、『在日ムスリム女性に対するCAMCモデル』の洗練化を図るとともに、学会発表や論文投稿などにより研究成果の公表を進めた。また、研究の成果をもとに医療施設において在日ムスリム妊産婦に対するCAMCに関する研修を実施した。2023年度には、COVID-19 の影響により延期となっていた国外フィールドワークを実施するとともに本ケアモデルの実践活用に向けた検討を引き続き進める予定である。

The purpose of this study is to construct Culturally Appropriate Maternity Care for pregnant women in Japan. In 2019, Systematic Review, conceptual analysis, midwife and semi-structured interface preparation research for foreigners were carried out. 2020-2021 The results of the annual preparatory study are based on the CAMC model for women. Research Methods: A modified version of the premise of the interaction theory is described in detail below. In 2022, we will continue to improve the quality of CAMC, and we will continue to improve the quality of CAMC. The results of this research are presented in the CAMC study on pregnant women. In 2023, the impact of COVID-19 was postponed and the implementation of the project was scheduled.
