项目摘要

2019～2021年度研究実績2019年：倫理審査会に研究計画書を申請し承認された。そして、研究協力者である元蔚山科学大学看護学科長・精神看護学教授Kim So Ok先生を講師に、T大学看護学科2回生、O大学看護学科2回生を対象に講演会「韓国の看護教育におけるシミュレーション教育」を開催した。参加者は、T大学では85名、O大学では80名の計162名だった。2020年よりCOVID-19感染拡大より、講演会をZoomで開催し継続した。これより2019～2021年で講演会計3回、計407名の参加者を得た。そして参加者の感想レポートより「韓国のシミュレーション教育の目的と効果」について記述で回答してもらい、そのテキストデータを富士通トレンドサーチにてテキストデータマイニング分析を行った。その結果、韓国のシミュレーション教育の効果は、コミュニケーション能力や学生が主体的に取り組むことができることであり、それは安全な環境下でシミュレーションによる知識や技術演習、そして課題解決をアセスメントし失敗も学ぶことができるという内容であることが示唆された。2022年度研究実績2022年もCOVID-19の影響で研究者は韓国へ渡航できなかったため,同様2022年12月20日K大学,同日O大学をZoomで中継し,元蔚山科学大学（韓国）看護学科長Kim So Ok先生講師「韓国の看護教育におけるシミュレーション教育」を開催した。Ｋ大学では60名,Ｏ大学では64名の計124名の参加を得た。これより,計4回の講演会(2019～2022)にて2023年4月時点で計531名より感想レポートを得ることができた。今後は,計531名の感想レポートをテキストデータに変換し,富士通トレンドサーチにて韓国のシミュレーション教育の効果をテキストデータマイニングにて明らかにする予定である。

2019 - 2021 Study Results 2019: Application for approval of study proposal by Ethics Committee. Dr. Kim So Ok, Professor of Psychiatric Nursing, Ulsan University of Science and Technology, Lecturer, University of T Nursing Department 2 Regeneration, University of O Nursing Department 2 Regeneration Lecture "Nursing Education in Korea" The participants were 85 from T University and 80 from O University. COVID-19 infection in 2020 is expected to increase, and the lecture will be held in Zoom. From 2019 to 2021, there were 3 lectures and 407 participants. The participants 'feelings were recorded in the "Korean Education Goals and Results" section. The results show that Korea's education system has a high level of competence and students 'ability to acquire knowledge and skills in a safe environment, and that it has a high level of knowledge and skills in solving problems. 2022 Research Results 2022 The impact of COVID-19 was initiated by Dr. Kim So Ok, Chair of Nursing Department, Won Ulsan University of Science (Korea) on December 20, 2022, and Dr. Kim So Ok, Chair of Nursing Education in Korea. K University 60,O University 64 out of 124 participants. 4 lectures (2019~2022) in April 2023, 531 people were invited. In the future, a total of 531 people will feel that Fujitsu will continue to provide services to South Korea's education system.
