项目摘要

本研究の目的は、プレホスピタルケアを担う産業看護職の能力の向上を図るために、救急対応能力に関するチェックリストを開発することである。産業看護職の救急対応能力を評価するためにKorn Ferryの人材評価モデルを参考に、経験、性格特性、動機づけ要因、コンピテンシーの4つの側面から評価項目を検討し、経験：7、性格特性：9、動機づけ要因：15、コンピテンシー：65の合計96項目を調査項目原案とした。評価項目原案に対し、産業看護職として10年以上就業しており、かつ事業場での救急対応の経験を有する産業看護職を対象に、5段階のリッカートスケールを用いて、デルファイ法を用いたオンラインによるWeb調査を実施した。デルファイ法は3ラウンド行い、同意率80％以上を評価項目とした。その結果を研究者間で検討し、産業看護職の救急対応能力の評価項目を65項目とした。
