项目摘要

現在、わが国では生活習慣病予防の観点から野菜摂取量の増加を目指しているが、国民健康・栄養調査結果によると、目標量が達成されない状況が続いている。これまでに、様々な研究結果から、野菜の栽培活動をしている者は野菜摂取量が多いことが報告されている。このことから、本研究では、勤労者の健康増進に寄与する「野菜の栽培」を取り入れた健康増進プログラムの開発を目的としている。研究初年度（令和元年度）は、研究分担者とともに「野菜の栽培がメンタルヘルスに及ぼす影響を検討するための質問紙」を作成した。研究2～3年目（令和2～3年度）は、各年、名古屋市の市民農園利用者約80名に対し、栽培活動開始前の4月と終了時の3月において、自記式質問紙調査を実施した。その結果、栽培活動前後ともに、約120件の調査票が回収されたが、適切な統計解析を行うためには、さらなる解析対象数の確保が必要であった。そこで、研究4年目（令和4年度）も、先述した約80名（過去2年間の対象者とは異なる）の対象者に自記式質問紙調査を実施した。その結果、栽培活動前後ともに、約50件の調査票が回収された。現在、研究2～3年目の調査データと結合し、メンタルヘルスと野菜の栽培活動との関連について、統計解析を進めており、勤労者にとって、野菜の栽培活動はメンタルヘルスに良い影響を及ぼす傾向にあることが示唆されている。以上の結果は、令和5年9月に開催される日本栄養改善学会学術総会で発表する予定である。さらに、研究最終年度である令和5年度中には論文発表できるよう作業を進める。

In the first year of the study, the author prepared a questionnaire on the cultivation and impact of wild vegetables. About 120 investigation tickets were collected before and after the cultivation activities, and the number of analysis tickets was necessary. About 80 subjects (subjects in the past 2 years) were investigated by self-recording questionnaire. About 50 investigation tickets were collected before and after the results and cultivation activities. Now, the research of 2~3 years aims to investigate the relationship between wild vegetable cultivation activities and factors, statistical analysis, and the influence of wild vegetable cultivation activities. The above results were announced at the Academic Conference of Japan Nutrition Improvement Society in September 2005. The final year of the study and the mid-year of the 5-year study are scheduled for completion.
