项目摘要

1)2022年3-7月、南伊豆で採藻したテングサの出荷先である長野県茅野市、諏訪市の寒天製造工場で製造過程、製品種類、販売先調査を行う。更に江戸末期より現代までの寒天産業の歴史文献調査を行う。2)2021年より継続してきた『須崎区有文書』の調査・保存活動（代表　齋藤典子、協力者5名）が終了した。文書総数1763点、実写枚数3万枚を撮影した結果、既存目録の他に新たに「補目録」として138点の文書を採録する事ができた。その中には、須崎の磯の権利、入会地に関わる山の権利が明記された安永2年（1773年）の「山海出入御裁許証文差上申一札之事」がある。同書は、筆者の研究目的である潜水漁民が現在行う海洋資源利用や資源分配、資源保護の鍵となる漁場利用の史的変遷を確認する上で重要な文書でもある。また、『須崎区有文書』には、テングサ漁に関する貴重な文書史料が150点近く存在する事が明らかとなり、今後の海藻研究に寄与できると考える。3)2022年 6月、須崎区協議会と「須崎区有文書の保存・活用に関する覚書」を交換、今後は、調査成果の報告会などの活動を通じ、住民に『須崎区有文書』に関する情報の発信を約束した。4)2023年3月、須崎区協議会に撮影データを納めたHDDと「統合目録」、「調査報告書」を寄贈。また、『須崎区有文書』の展示・解説会を開催し、100名近い住民に聴講いただく。本プロジェクトについては、写真撮影、撮影データの整理、目録作成、展示・解説など、石川亮太・立命館大学経営学部教授、古谷野洋子・神奈川大学日本常民文化研究所特別研究員、古谷野昂・民俗写真家、塚本明・三重大学人文学部教授、藤川美代子・南山大学人文学部准教授の協力を得た。5)『須崎区有文書』の「調査報告書」と「統合目録」は、下田市教育委員会、下田市立図書館、静岡県立図書館、神奈川大学日本常民文化研究所に寄贈した。

1)2022 March to July, 2013: Investigation of production process, product category and sales of Minami Izu plant in cold weather in Nagano City and Suwa City. We will also conduct a historical literature survey of the cold weather industry in the late Edo period. 2)2021 The investigation and preservation activities of "Suzaki District has a document"(representing Saito Noriko and five collaborators) have been completed. The total number of documents is 1763 points, and the number of documents written is 30,000. The results of the analysis are as follows: the existing catalogue and the new catalogue are added to the existing catalogue, and the documents are recorded at 138 points. In the second year of Ernst & Young's reign (1773),"The matter of applying for a letter of permission to enter and leave the mountain" was published. In the same book, the author's research aims are to identify the key to marine resource utilization, resource allocation and resource protection, and to identify the important documents in the history of fishery utilization. The author of this paper is a scholar of the history of algae research. 3)2022 June, 2009: The Suzaki District Agreement Meeting and the "Document on Preservation and Use of Documents in Suzaki District" were exchanged, and the activities of the future investigation results meeting were communicated, and the residents 'information on "Documents in Suzaki District" was transmitted and bound. 4)2023 March, 2009:"Integrated Directory" and "Investigation Report" were sent to the Suzaki District Agreement Meeting. The exhibition and explanation meeting of "Suzaki District has a document" will be held. 100 residents will be invited to attend the exhibition. This is a collaboration between Ryota Ishikawa, Professor of Management, Ritsumeikan University, Yoko Furutano, Special Researcher, Institute of Japanese Culture, Kanagawa University, Akira Furutano, Folk Photographer, Akira Tsukamoto, Professor of Humanities, Mie University, Miyoko Fujikawa, Associate Professor of Humanities, Nanshan University. 5)"Survey Report" and "Consolidated Catalogue" of "Suzaki-ku Ariki Document" were presented by Shimoda Municipal Board of Education, Shimoda Municipal Library, Shizuoka Prefectural Library, Kanagawa University Institute of Japanese Culture.
