本年度は研究計画で掲げた、(1)説得ゲームの均衡選択理論の構築、(2)階層構造を持つこミュニケーションゲームにおける均衡選択基準の提案と特徴づけ、(3)均衡選択基準の認識論的基礎付け、の課題(2)と(3)で一定の研究成果を上げることができた。課題(2)の進捗状況は以下のとおりである。まず「組織内の非公式な権限移譲の成否」を論じた"Delegation and Strategic Silence"は、主要結果がより一般的な環境でも成立しうることを示したうえで専門誌に再投稿した。次に「階層的組織における中間管理職の役割」を論じた"Value of Middle Managers"は、草稿が完成した。当該内容は国際学会「The 21st Annual SAET Conference」で口頭報告を行った。課題(3)の進捗状況は以下のとおりである。本課題ではゲームのルールに関する共有知識が不完備な環境において頑健な予測を導くための方法を開発し、企業間競争、サーチ、オークション等の文脈に応用して新たな含意を得ることに成功した。当該内容は"Robust Prediction in Games with Uncertain Parameters"とのタイトルで草稿にまとめ、「2022 AMES in East and South-East Asia」を初めとする国内外の学会・研究会で報告した。課題(2)と(3)の遂行に注力したため、課題(1)については昨年度からの大きな進展はない。

This year's research plan is revealed,(1) the establishment of equilibrium selection theory of equilibrium selection,(2) the proposal and characteristics of equilibrium selection criteria for hierarchical structure,(3) the foundation of knowledge theory of equilibrium selection criteria, and (2) the development of certain research results. Question (2) Progress status: "Delegation and Strategic Silence" is the main result of the discussion on "Non-formula shift in organization" and "Delegation and Strategic Silence". Second, the "Value of Middle Managers" is discussed. The 21st Annual SAET Conference was held in Beijing. Question (3) Progress status: This topic is about the development of common knowledge, the development of prediction methods, the competition among enterprises, the loss of resources and the success of new implications. When the content is "Robust Prediction in Games with Uncertainty Parameters" and "2022 AMES in East and South-East Asia", it will be reported to the National Society and Research Conference. Task (2),(3) and the implementation of attention, task (1), and the progress of the past year.
