本研究の調査事例である農福連携の現場において、顧客である施設利用者に対して、ある種のコントロールが働く状況においての困難が発生していないこと、さらに行動コントロールが人事コントロールに代替されるため存在しない状況で、利用者のコントロールが成功しているという事例が実在することを示している。これらが農福連携の主要な成功要因であり、かつマネジメント・コントロール・システムの視座からも非常に重要であると考え、本年度はこの点をよりクローズアップした分析検討を加え、研究をより深化できるように努めた。本年度は、American Accounting Association 2022 Virtual Annual Meetingにおける研究報告を実施した際に、参加者から数々の貴重なコメントをいただくことができた。ここから多くの示唆を得て、前年度よりも広い視点で新たな研究展開を生じさせることが可能になった。具体的には、これまで農福連携の現場における「農」と「福」の2者間の関係性にクローズアップさせていた視点を、分析検討上の必要性からより広い範囲に拡大させることとし、そのための追加の研究を加えた。これらのブラッシュアップを含めた内容について、次年度である令和5年5月下旬に開催予定のThe 45th Annual Congress of the European Accounting Associationにて報告を行うため、この場での記述を留めることとしたい。

The investigation examples of this study include the problems caused by the on-site management of agricultural welfare, the customer's demand, the user's response to the customer's demand, the customer's response to the customer's demand, the customer's response to the customer's demand, the customer's response to the customer's demand, and the customer's response to the customer's demand. The relationship between agriculture and welfare is discussed in detail. The 45th Annual Congress of the European Accounting Association was held in late May 2005.
