本研究では、企業による不正行為の特定、標本企業の株主構成や企業系列の特定、不正行為と利質の関係性の検証、不正行為を受けた主要利害関係者の反応の検証等について取り組んでいる。2022年度に入りようやく再開できた研究出張を通じ、研究成果の公表先に関するミーティングを行えた。また、本出張中、横浜国立大学の森田先生に論文の共著者となって頂けるよう直接お願いすることが出来たほか、分析手法について議論を行った。さらに、本課題の関連研究を進めるため、アジア開発銀行研究所、国際通貨基金アジア太平洋地域事務所を訪問して意見交換を行った。また、昨年度に開始した関連研究も引き続き進めた。具体的には、責任を果たしている企業とそうではない企業では、新型コロナ感染症拡大が生み出した社会的なパニックによる株価ボラティリティへの影響が異なるのか、についての論文の修正及び国際査読誌への投稿を続けた。本研究は、不正を働いた企業に対する株式市場の反応について仮説を立てる上で非常に有用であると考える。

This study includes the following aspects: the specific behavior of the enterprise, the structure of the enterprise owner, the specific behavior of the enterprise series, the relationship between the behavior and the profit, the behavior of the main stakeholders, and so on. In 2022, the research results were published and published. Co-author of the paper by Mr. Hideki Hideki and Mr. Morita of Yokohama National University The Institute of Development Banking and the Pacific Regional Office of the International Monetary Fund conducted an exchange of views on the subject. This year, we started our research on this topic. The specific responsibility of the enterprise is to correct the impact of the new type of infection on the society, and to revise the paper and submit it to the international research journal. This study is very useful for enterprises in the market.
