项目摘要

本研究は、高等教育における高齢者教育を、ダイバーシティ（diversity)保障の教育モデルとして構築することを目的とし、韓国の高等教育における高齢者教育について実証的・理論的研究を行った。実証研究では、1975年から高齢者を対象に「社会指導者教育課程」を運営している韓国大邱大学への現地調査を行い、聞き取り調査と関連文献調査を行った。比較・国際研究の視点から、日本の高等教育における高齢者教育の実践事例をも参照し、高齢者が通常の高等教育を若い在学生と同様に学び、世代間を統合した学びの場となっている大学通信教育に焦点を当てて、創価大学の通信教育部を事例とし、スクーリング授業を受講する学生を対象に学習実態調査（アンケート調査、約800名）とインタビュー（約30名）を行った。この調査成果の一部を韓国老年教育学会において研究発表を行った。2020年度からは、韓国の大邱大学、全北大学を中心に、高齢者が参加する授業への観察と高齢者へのインタビュー調査等の実証研究と予定していたが、新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大の影響を受け、海外渡航の禁止と現地校の当該講座の一時的閉講等の現状により、韓国における実証研究を断念せざるをえない状況が生じた。理論研究では、英米の大学における高齢者教育モデルを参照しつつ、韓国における高齢者教育理論（教育老年学）について文献研究を行い、研究成果の一部を所属学会で発表を行った。本研究は、新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大の影響を受け、韓国の現地大学における実証研究が実施されなかったため、高等教育における高齢者の学習モデル構築の有効性を解明するためのさらなる実証研究が課題として残された。最終年度は、研究代表者が科研費を受け入れていない機関に転出したため、本研究課題はやむなく廃止となったが、今後も本研究で得られた知見を基にした研究を継続し、その成果を社会に還元していく予定である。

This study is aimed at establishing a theoretical framework for higher education in Korea. Practical research was conducted in Daegu University, Korea from 1975 to 1999. Comparison of international research perspectives and practical examples of higher education in Japan; integration of higher education in general; integration of higher education in different generations; and research on the status of higher education students. About 800 people were investigated. About 30 people were investigated. A part of the results of the survey was conducted by the Korean Society for Senior Education. 2020 - 2020: Daegu University, Jeonbuk University, Korea, and the Center for Research and Evaluation of High School Students 'Participation in the Course, and Research and Evaluation of High School Students' Participation in the Course, and the Impact of New Type of High School Students 'Infection, and the Prohibition of Overseas Shipping and the Temporary Closure of the Course. Theoretical research, British universities, high school education, reference, Korean high school education theory (education gerontology), literature research, research results, part of the affiliated society This study is aimed at exploring the impact of new forms of HIV infection on the development of HIV/AIDS in Korea, and at exploring the feasibility of HIV/AIDS in higher education. Finally, the research representative receives the research fee from the organization, and the future research results are determined.
