项目摘要

本研究の目的は、実践に役立つ心理援助職の職業倫理に関する基礎的知見を得ることによって、心理援助職の倫理性向上に貢献することである。具体的には、心理職の倫理的困難や職業倫理経験に関する実態を明らかにする研究（研究１）と、心理職の職業倫理に関する発達的変化を明らかにする研究（研究２）で構成されている。研究１に関しては、2020年度に実施した心理職の倫理的困難と職業倫理教育経験に関する研究成果を学術雑誌に投稿した。このうち、職業倫理教育経験と職業倫理に関する自己評価との関連を検討した論文が雑誌『臨床心理学』に受理され、掲載が予定されている。研究２は、当初の計画では海外で用いられている尺度を翻訳し、質問紙調査を行う予定であった。しかし、尺度や関連する文献の精査、また研究１の結果において日本の心理職は年代によって職業倫理教育の経験にばらつきが大きかったことから、定性的尺度を用いた横断研究では、発達的変化を明らかにすることは難しいと考えられた。そこで、心理職の職業倫理に関する認識や、実践における倫理的判断のあり方の発達的変化を探索的に明らかにするため、インタビュー調査を計画、実施した。2022年10月から2023年2月にかけて、実務経験のある心理職8名にインタビューを行い、データの分析を進めている。なお、より信頼できるデータを得るために、経験年数や活動領域のバランスを鑑みて、次年度もインタビュー調査を継続する予定である。
