本研究は、日本におけるWHO版PFA（心理的応急処置）の e-ラーニングの開発とその効果研究を行うことで、日本の精神保健の向上と被災者の回復促進を目的として行われている。今年度は、動画制作ツールを用いてe-ラーニング教材の追加コンテンツ作成を行うとともに、関係者による意見交換会を実施した。本研究のe-ラーニングの特徴は、自記式ワークやロールプレイなどを含む体験型であるため、受講者の立ち位置の明確化や飽きずに視聴できるように時間数を調整するなど、細かな修正を加えるとともに、作成にあたっては、ジェンダーバランスや人種、アクセシビリティなどに配慮し、偏りのないe-ラーニングの構築を目指した。完成したeラーニングは、PFA指導者資格を持つファシリテーターに実際に体験していただき、教材としての適確性を確認するとともに、対面研修会やオンライン講演会との相違点や共通点、学習の目標設定、受講対象者、オプションでコンテンツを作成する場合の内容やアップデートの可能性について議論を行なった。この議論内容はコンテンツに反映させ、e-ラーニングの性能をさらに向上させた。対面研修の長所・短所をよく理解しているファシリテータらにも、本e-ラーニングの構成は十分に魅力的であるとの確認が取れたことや、Covid-19の5類以降に伴い、感染予防の観点から延期せざるをえなかった現地開催での効果検証を行うことが可能となったため、R5年度には社会実装に向けた研究活動に取り組む見込みである。
