项目摘要

立証可能な情報が制約された環境における望ましい報酬体系の設計や意思決定権限の配分に関する理論研究を推し進めた．第一に，複数の決定権限を組織の中央に集中させる集権的な仕組みと権限を垂直的に委譲する階層型の仕組みのどちらが組織の効率性に貢献するかを分析した．取引主体の関係が長期間に及ぶ場合には，階層構造の組織がより望ましいことが示された．この理論的結果を用いて，日本の自動車産業における階層分権的なサプライヤー・システムと集権的なアメリカ型のサプライヤー・システムとの比較を行い，その比較効率性を議論するための含意を導出した．同研究は，国際研究集会や国際学会において報告された．詳細は以下の通り：(1) Australasia Meeting of the Econometric Society (July 6-8), (2) 8th Workshop on Relational Contracts (Aug 5-6), (3) Asia Meeting of the Econometric Society, East and South East Asia, Tokyo, Japan (Aug 8-10)．第二に，客観的な業績指標が欠如した環境においていかに望ましい行動を組織メンバーから引き出すかという問題を考察した．客観的な業績に基づく報酬が提示出来ない場合には，複数のメンバーを束ねて報酬総額を固定した仕組み（「ボーナス・プール」）を駆使することで，組織として効率的な成果を達成できることを明らかにした．同研究成果は，経済理論系の国際査読雑誌として高い評価を受けているJournal of Economic Theoryから改訂要求を受けて最終的に受理された（2023年2月）．

The theoretical research on the design of compensation system and the allocation of rational decision-making limits is promoted. First, we analyze how multiple decision-making constraints contribute to the effectiveness of an organization, including centralized and vertically delegated hierarchical official groups. The relationship between the subject and the object is long-term, and the hierarchical structure is organized according to the situation. The results of this theory are applied to the comparison of the hierarchical structure of the automobile industry in Japan, and the implications of the comparative analysis are derived. Second, the customer's performance indicators are not as good as the environment, the expectations, the actions, the organization, the introduction, the problems, etc. Customer performance is based on salary, and when it is prompted, multiple compensation packages are fixed. The results of the same research were accepted by the Journal of Economic Theory for revision of international research on Economic Theory (February 2023).
