项目摘要

社会実装教育プログラムは，2022年7月から第4段階の受注作業をおこなうべく，女子高専卒業生らにより，日本語版「バックホウ用MGシステム作ってみた第1話」，英語版「MG system for NITGC Episode1」のプロモーションビデオを作製し，これらを2021年6月,11月からYouTubeで配信を開始（これまでそれぞれ1037，394回数閲覧）し，今回開発した製品の周知をおこなっている．今回開発した製品は公共工事で利用されるため，実際の工事で使用された実績が，製品受注につながること考え，女子卒業生が所属する企業のバックホウに，今回開発したシステムを取り付け，所属企業が受注した公共工事で検証実験をおこない，開発製品の稼働原理・機材購入コスト・製品を扱うために必要な基礎知識・サポートに関する実験結果を，建設機械施工4月号（日本建設機械施工協会誌2022年）に発表し，女子卒業生と同等の能力があれば，一人で今回の製品が扱えることを証明し，受注活動のための技術資料として利用できるようにした．本製品は，バックホウに後付けして使用するためキャリブレーション作業が必要であるが，この作業を2人工（2名で二日間）でできるよう現在試験中で，この試験途中でソフトウェアの不具合が発見されたり，納入したIMUの仕様変更により検証に時間を要したが，2023年4月でキャリブレーション作業に関する不具合はほぼ解決した．バックホウオペレータが実施工に使うためには，マシンの動きを指示するデータを数値だけでなくグラフィック表示するほうがマシンの制御が容易なことがわかっており，これをグラフィックで指示する機能をプログラミング中である．2023年7月の受注作業に向け，6月までに最終デバッグを終え，合わせてデモ用の機材のチェックも並行して進め，今年度中に納品できる予定で進めている．
