本研究は、成人期の看護学生固有の授業評価視点を反映した授業過程評価スケールとガイドを開発し、スケールの測定結果を反映して教員が授業を改善するためのシステムを開発することを目的とする。この目的達成に向け、令和４年度、次のように研究を実施した。1．成人期の看護学生固有の授業評価視点に関するデータ収集の継続：令和２年度、遠隔授業を取り入れ、学生の登校機会が少なくなった看護職養成教育機関もあり、研究協力の得られた教員から「成人期の看護学生」へ質問紙を配布できる機会が減少した。また、臨床での実習の機会が少なくなった機関も多く、特に「良い・良くない看護学実習」を問う質問項目への回答が困難な学生もいると予想できる、などの状況があり、データ収集を円滑に進められなくなった。令和４年度も、データ収集の遅れを取り戻すべく、合計300部を目ざしてデータ収集を継続し、合計278部まで回収した。２．成人期学生の知覚する「良い実習指導」の分析開始：合計201部の返信を得た時点で、データ収集と並行しながら、返信のあったデータを用いて分析を開始した。まず、看護学教育最大の特徴的な授業である実習に着目し、成人期学生の知覚する「良い看護学実習」の解明を目ざした。しかし、データ数が少ないため、本来除外となる抽象的な記録単位を除外できず、具体的な結果の産出に困難を来した。そこで、成人期学生が、どのような指導を良い実習指導と感じているのかを表す記録単位のみに対する分析に取り組んだ。今後、分析に必要なデータ数を得るまでデータ収集を継続するとともに、返信のあったデータを用いた分析を進める必要がある。
