本研究の目的は「地方中核病院の救急看護師が抱える困難・課題を明らかにし、困難・課題に対してアクションリサーチ法を用いた介入を実施し、広域連携支援 モデルの構築を行う」としている。2021年度は、研究参加者が施設の実情に合わせて課題解決の向けた取り組みを実施したが、COVID19の感染拡大に伴い、対象施設側の対応が困難になったことから、度重なる中断を余儀なくされた。そのため、2022年度は前年に引き続き、介入課題解決に向けての取り組みと研究者によるフォローを実施した。具体的に は、「電話対応業務の煩雑さ」に対しては、電話対応フロー図の作成と困難事例の確認を行い、困難事例のデータを蓄積し分析した。困難事例のデータは、それほど多くのデータは蓄積できなかったが、引き続き情報収集を行う予定である。「知識・技術」 に対しては、特に救急外来でのトリアージ後の患者の事例振り返りと救急患者対応(救急車での来院)の内容の共有を図ることを目的に、振り返りシートの作成や事例検討会の開催を行なった。対応を事例検討という形で共有することで、経験が浅い看護師の学習機会となっていた。「連携(院内・地域)」に関しては、転院依頼の際の対応で情報伝達の困難さがあったため、転院依頼があった際の情報整理シートの作成し、運用を行なった。情報整理シートを活用することで、医師への情報伝達がスムーズに行え、看護師の業務の煩雑さが軽減することが期待される。「教育」については、新任者への教育システムが整理されていないため、救急外来対応の知識・技術のチェックリストを改訂し、活用を行なった。今後、その効果について検討予定である。
