项目摘要

本研究の目的は、精神疾患を患う当事者の同胞への心理教育の手段として、『アウトリ－チ型の心理教育プログラムを開発』をすることであった。以下の3点を研究目的として掲げていた。1)若年の精神疾患患者の同胞の実態を明らかにする、2)思春期・青年期の同胞向け心理教育用ワークブックの作成、3)アウトリーチ型心理教育プログラムの開発および試適運用と評価1)の作業を行うため、きょうだいのおかれている状況や支援等についても資料を集めるようにした。対象とする3県の精神病院10か所において10代～20代で入院・受診した統合失調症圏内患者の、同胞の有無・同胞の年齢・性別・同居の有無について調査する予定であったが、病院との調整に時間を要し、実際の調査にまでは着手できなかった。しかしながら、きょうだい支援の現状を知るために、国内のきょうだい支援事業を実践している団体の一つである、ＮＰＯ法人しぶたねが開催した「シブリングサポーター研修ワークショップ(和歌山市開催)」に参加し、病気のきょうだいをもつ子どもたちの支援の重要性を改めて実感することが出来た。2)3)の参考とするため、Canadian mental health associationで開発された「A Sibling's Guide to Psychosis」が同胞のメンタル面での問題を改善するために、コーピングの強化を図るものとして実際どのように運営されているのか、またこのResourcesを訪問型心理教育にどの程度活用が可能か等、現地（カナダ）に赴いて見学および研修を行う予定であったが、新型コロナウイルス感染症蔓延の状況下で、国外への調査は調整がつかず断念した。また、アウトリーチという訪問型の家族支援は国内での活動であるが、コロナ禍の状況下では家庭訪問の許可を得る対象者を見つけることも非常に困難であり、こちらも実施することが出来なかった。

In this study, the purpose of this study is that the people involved in mental disorders are involved in the psychological education of their compatriots through the means of psychological education, and the psychological education of the patients with mental disorders.
