项目摘要

2022年度は第2段階の研究に関する調査の分析を行った。【目的】在宅生活する重症心身障害児の親の体調変化に関連する要因を明らかにする【方法】レスパイトケア利用の有無群別および体調管理の増減別に２回の調査の前後比較を行った。【結果】レスパイトケア利用の有無群別では、データ数が少なかったため十分な分析ができなかった。体調管理の増減別では、体調管理にかかわる項目を因子分析し、家族内外のサポートがある【9項目】、体調管理が実施できる【8項目】、自分だけが子どものケアをできる（抱え込んでしまう）【3項目】、社会とつながりたい【4項目】の４因子構成で分析をすることとしたが、データ数が少なかったため十分な分析ができなかった。次年度は、影響因子（サポート・子どもに対する思い・生活に対する思い・体調管理別に前後比較をする分析・考察などを実施していく予定である。
