项目摘要

本研究は、人の行動論的分析を主軸に、空間認知論をも援用しながら、観光まちづくりプラン案出のプロセスをパタン・ランゲージ化させつつ、平易なプロトコル開発をめざすものである。昨年度までに研究計画の第1フェーズに位置づけられる事例把握・分析、第2フェーズに当たる関連するヒアリング調査さらにプロトコルの設計に注力してきた。具体的には：１）2019年度までに、国内外における観光まちづくりプロトコルモデルを分析し、そのうち欧州の事例について、その運用面で必要となる組織・手法などを実地に調査（ベルリン市文化財団Berliner Projektfonds Kulturelle Bildungほか）。２）ベルリン市の文化機関と協働し、文化遺産を活用した観光交流創出手法に関するワークショップを試行。地域住民およそ20名が参加し、数時間のうちに有効な結果を生み出すことができプロトコルの機能性を確認した。３）国際学会（The IUAES Inter-Congress 2019, アダム・ミツキェヴィチ大学にて開催／並びにISAIA, 2022, オンライン開催など）にて本研究の途中経過報告を行い、広く各国の研究者との情報交換を通し、調査の方向性に関する適切な助言を得ることができた。４）これらを踏まえ、第3フェーズ「プロトコルの実効性分析（歴史的街区3か所程度を対象にワークショップ形式でプロトコルモデルを試行）」へと移行する予定で準備を進めてきたが、感染症の問題から実施を延期し、2021年度においては規模を大幅に縮小したプリテストを行い、また2022年度は国内外の学会にて調査内容を発表し、海外研究者からも適切な示唆を得るとともに、新たに国外の歴史都市にて調査ができることとなった。その他、英語ならびにドイツ語による書籍の刊行準備を進め、これらを総合し、最終年度におけるプロトコルの取りまとめを進める。
