项目摘要

今年度は、新型コロナウイルス感染症が収まれば、一昨年度実施する予定であった中国東南部の数省でのショー話の調査を行う予定であった。しかし、結局、新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大の影響を受け、中国はゼロコロナ政策を実施したことにより、中国でショー話のフィールド調査を行うことができなかった。ショー話の資料収集をおこなったが、ショー話に関する古い文献が目下存在していないことにより、ショー話と関係のある言葉とされている客家方言の古い文献を収集した。フランスとアメリカの宣教師が100年ほど前に著した広東省の客家方言の数冊のテキストと辞典を収集し、それらの文献に記述されている客家方言の発音と語彙を調べ、ショー話との類似点を探しながら研究を進めた。その結果、それらの文献の客家方言には、江西省に近い広東省東北部の平遠県、蕉嶺県の客家方言と類似した語彙と音韻体系の特徴がいくつかみられ、客家方言の中心地とされている広東省梅県の客家方言の音韻体系と完全に同じではなかったことがわかった。それらの文献の音韻体系の特徴とショー話の音韻体系の特徴が全て一致しているものではなかったが、大嶋が過去に調査して得たデータによれば、平遠県と蕉嶺県の客家方言はショー話の音韻体系と類似している特徴がみられる方言である。この文献の研究結果の一部を、書籍『漢語方言研究的多維視角』（上海教育出版社、2022年）の「美国瑪利諾外方伝教会與客家方言研究」（「アメリカのメリノール宣教会と客家方言研究」）で発表した。

The results of this research are presented in the book "Multidimensional Perspectives on Chinese Dialect Studies"(Shanghai Education Press, 2022) and "American Maryknoll Foreign Church and Hakka Dialect Studies"("Maryknoll Foreign Church and Hakka Dialect Studies").
