项目摘要

2022年度では①「結婚、出産と夫婦間の賃金格差の推移に関する動学的分析」、②「結婚、出産が女性のキャリア形成に与える影響に関する実証分析」の原稿の改正作業を行い、更に③結婚・出産が女性の家庭内と外部労働市場における経済的地位に影響を与えるメカニズムの究明を試みた。①に関しては、分析に利用する「21世紀成年者縦断調査」における夫婦の識別と分析に用いる変数の更なる精査を行い、追加的な分析も行った。②に関しては、「中国家庭追跡調査」の構造が複雑なため、データの精査を更に進めた。結婚・出産により、女性が家事・育児に時間をより費やさねばならなくなることは、女性の外部労働市場における就労時間や通勤（職場選択）に制約をもたらす。こうした制約は、地域労働市場における雇用者側の買い手独占をもたらし、女性の外部労働市場における賃金交渉力を低める可能性がある。このメカニズムは、女性の家族形成がキャリア発展と家庭内での経済的地位に与える影響に密接に繋がっている。地域労働市場における雇用者側の買い手独占が存在すると考えられてきた主な例の１つとして、米国の看護師労働市場が挙げられる。③では、米国の看護師データを用いた分析も行い、看護師の通勤制約により、看護師賃金が低く抑えられるという分析結果がみられ、女性の就労時間や通勤の制約は、女性の経済的地位に負の影響を与えることを示唆する結果が得られた。今後、こうした分析の結果を踏まえ、①、②の考察を深めたい。

In 2022, we conducted correction work for the manuscript of (1)"Dynamic analysis of the relationship between marriage and childbirth and the change of financial standard between husband and wife,"(2)"Empirical analysis of the relationship between marriage and childbirth and the formation and influence of marriage and childbirth on women," and (3) Research on the influence of marriage and childbirth on women's position in the domestic and external market. (1)"21st Century Adult Interconnection Survey" for identification and analysis of couples, and detailed investigation and additional analysis for use. (2) The structure of "China Family Tracing Survey" has been revised and refined. Marriage, family, parenting, time, expenses, external marketing, time commuting (workplace) The market for women's employment is restricted by geographical factors, and the market for women's employment is dominated by buyers. Women's family formation is closely related to family status and influence. There is a monopoly on the employer side of the geographical market, and there is a monopoly on the caregiver market in the United States. 3. The analysis results show that the negative influence of female's working time and commuting restriction on female's working status can be obtained. In the future, the results of this analysis will be discussed in detail.
