本研究の目的は、院内教育を担当する看護職者の能力向上に向け、研修評価に焦点を当てた継続教育プログラムを開発することである。教育プログラムは、研究者らが開発した「院内研修評価モデル」を運用する能力の修得を目指す内容とする。「院内研修評価モデル」は、研修をデザイン、過程、成果の3側面から総合的に評価するモデルであり、モデルの運用方法を概説した「ガイド」を用いて院内教育担当者が自律的に研修評価を行い、研修の質改善に取り組むことを実現する。令和4年度は、令和3年度に引き続き、院内研修評価モデルの実際の運用結果に基づき、モデルの運用上の課題と運用に必要な教育内容を明確化することに取り組んだ。2病院に所属する看護職者5名が担当する7研修においてモデルに基づく研修評価を実施してもらい、評価終了後に面接調査を実施し、モデルの運用状況と運用上の課題を聴取した。令和4年度は3研修を担当した1名に面接調査を実施した。7研修を担当した5名を対象とした面接内容を分析した結果、研究参加者は、モデルに基づく研修評価を実施し研修の過程やデザインの質を数値化したことにより研修の改善点を見いだすことができていることが明らかとなった。また、運用上の課題として、評価結果の集計に時間を要することや運用に用いる「ガイド」の内容のわかりにくさなどが明確となった。これらの結果に基づき、運用に用いる「ガイド」の内容を修正した。また、継続教育プログラムに必要な学習内容を整理し、教育プログラムの立案に着手した。
