项目摘要

2022年度は新型コロナウイルス感染症状況の好転により、インタビュー調査を実施した。目的：男子学生の学びの様相に応じた看護技術プログラム開発のために看護技術習得の困難さとその男女差について把握した。期間：2022年3月～6月。対象：教員および臨床指導者計7名（大学教員5名（男性2名、女性3名）,大学実習指導教員1名（女性・元看護専門学校専任教員）、小児専門病院臨床指導者1名（女性・元看護大学教員）。方法：半構成的インタビューで、インタビュー場所は、大学教員5名は所属の会議室、その他2名は各自の希望する個室で遠隔で行った。時間は１名につき45分程度であった。倫理的配慮：研究協力及び辞退は任意で、参加後に拒否や不服申し立てをしても不利益は生じないこと、データ保管・管理を含む個人情報の保護について文書と口頭で説明し同意を得た。結果：１）研究協力者1名のみ（大学教員1名）が男女差はなく、個人の学力差であると回答した。2）他6名は、男子学生と女子学生の技術学習の準備性や取り組みや実践に性差があると感じていた。男子学生は①事前学習等準備性や他者の気持ちを推測する能力が低い②不本意入学者が多く看護に対する関心・意欲が乏しい③生活援助技術習得に時間を要する④自己評価が高く、自尊感情が満たされると変化が早いと感じていた。結論：技術学習の準備性や取り組み、看護実践についての感じ方に性差があることが示唆された。看護教育現場においては、男子学生入学者数が増加しているが、その特徴に注目した研究はまだ少なく、研究が必要であることも示唆されたと考える。調査結果は、The 26th East Asian Forum of Nursing Scholarsにおいて発表したが、さらに、詳細に分析を継続する予定である。

In 2022, we will conduct a survey on the improvement of the status of new infections in the United States. Objective: To grasp the difficulties in acquiring nursing technology and the differences between men and women in the development of nursing technology platforms for male students. Period: March to June 2022. Participants: 7 teachers and clinical supervisors (5 university teachers (2 men, 3 women), 1 university practice instructor (female, a teacher of a nursing school), 1 clinical supervisor of a small children's hospital (female, a teacher of a nursing school). Methods: Semi-structured conference rooms, conference rooms for 5 university teachers, and rooms for 2 other teachers. Time 1 45 Ethical considerations: research cooperation and dismissal are arbitrary, participation is rejected, interest is not generated, custody is managed, personal information is protected, documents are orally explained, consent is obtained Results: 1) There was a difference between male and female, and there was a difference in individual's academic ability. 2) He has 6 male students and female students who are prepared for technical learning. Men's students have low ability to predict the preparation of others, such as prior study, etc., and they do not intend to enroll. They care about others. They want to lack life assistance. They need time to acquire skills. They have high self-esteem and feelings. Conclusion: The preparation of technical learning is very important, and the nursing practice is very important. The number of male students enrolled in nursing education has increased, and the characteristics of nursing education have increased. The results of the survey were presented in the 26th East Asian Forum of Nursing Scholars, and detailed analysis was conducted.
