项目摘要

本研究は、2020年を研究最終年度としていたが、COVID-19の感染拡大に伴って研究対象施設の2か所目の施設調査中に二度にわたって中断した。その期間は長期にわたったため対象施設、研究対象者との間で関係性が途切れないようにon-lineでの近況情報の交換を行い、再中断から再々開し2022年度中に計画の全調査を終了することができた。本研究は対象者に研究目的と方法を告知し、任意募集に応じた参加動機を有する対象者であるとはいえ、途中、人事異動などによって一部辞退もあり、参加者の意識が低迷しないように介入を継続し、目標としていた人数を超える12名による最後までの協力が得られた。これによって教育方法の開発に必要と思われる、日々のデータと区切りとして実施したグループインタビューに関して有益なデータが整った。今年度は、分析にあたり海外文献、および識者の評価をも参考にして結果、考察を行いたい。障害者の地域移行支援が重視されるこの時代にふさわしい医療従事者間の対話を重視した早期介入のための教育への関心は継続している状況である。第二調査対象施設においても臨床状況を反映した場面に沿って対話実践場面の提案を受けて試行にまでは進捗しており、研究計画に沿って支援場面の展開によって患者を取り巻く集団のダイナミクスやスタッフ間の意思の疎通について研究対象者らがそれぞれの臨床経験年数やスタッフとの協働作業を思い起こしながら対話方法を習得しようとする態度の変化、内的会話への意識づけに成果が得られた。そのためこの収集データのなかでの検証方法にも示唆が得られるものと想定している。
