人間ドック検査で糖尿病の境界型を指摘された人を対象に、医療機関への受診（再検査）を促す意思決定支援ツール（漫画冊子）を配布すると、研究実施施設で行われている従来通りの方法で対応した場合と比較して、その後の受診割合に変化を及ぼすのかを検証する、ランダム化比較試験の評価を行った。評価時の測定項目として、人間ドックでの測定項目に加え、自記式質問紙調査を行っており、この自記式質問紙調査票を用いて、本研究の主要評価および、本研究で開発した医師決定支援ツールの評価を行う。2021年度は、統計解析実施に向けた、統計解析計画書の作成を本研究の統計解析担当者や統計解析責任者を中心に、研究グループ内で議論を重ねながら進めた。また、登録時の測定項目および評価時の測定項目のデータクリーニングを行い、評価分析中である。==================================================================評価時の測定項目として、人間ドックでの測定項目に加え、自記式質問紙調査を行っており、この自記式質問紙調査票を用いて、本研究の主要評価および、本研究で開発した医師決定支援ツールの評価を行う。人間ドック検査で糖尿病の境界型を指摘された人を対象に実施した、ランダム化比較試験で使用した自記式質問紙調査票より、本研究の主要評価および本研究で開発した意思決定支援ツールの評価を実施した。登録時の測定項目および評価時の測定項目にかかるデータを用いて解析を行っているところである。
