项目摘要

本研究は、診療看護師が行う特定行為である「褥瘡又は慢性創傷の治療における血流のない壊死組織の除去」について、褥瘡組織以外の組織を切開したときに疑似出血する機能を有する褥瘡デブリモデル「EXSURG.」を用いて、診療看護師による褥瘡部の処置を実践した視聴覚教材を制作し、制作した視聴覚教材を使用して褥瘡ケアWorkShopを開催して診療看護師の褥瘡ケアスキルが維持されるかを評価することを目的としている。これまでに、2019年8月に開催された東北NP研究会第4回学術集会において褥瘡処置スキルの確認と維持を目的とした対面によるWorkShopを開催し、褥瘡デブリモデル「EXSURG.」の機能評価と映像教材作成のためのプロセス確認、DESIGN-Rを用いた褥瘡の評価を実施した。結果として、DESIGN-Rの講師の得点と参加者の得点に差異が見受けられたが、WorkShopの最後に実施したアンケート結果からは、褥瘡ケアスキルを確認することが出来たとの回答を得た。これらの結果については、2020年に開催された第5回日本NP学会学術集会にて報告した（診療看護師による診療看護師のための褥瘡処置WorkShopの開催について）。今後は診療看護師を対象として、講師の対面によるWorkShopと視聴覚教材を使用したWorkShopを同時並行で開催して、褥瘡ケアスキルに差異が見られないかを評価し、結果を公表する。
