本研究では、新卒訪問看護師が行う臨床判断の思考に注目し、訪問場面において、どのように状況を知覚し、そこから情報をどのように収集し、どのように看護ケアの方向性を定めていくのかという一連の流れを明らかにする。また、新卒訪問看護師の臨床判断に影響を与える影響要因を具体的に明らかにする。このことにより、新卒訪問看護師が経験を活用しつつ自律的に対象者とかかわり、判断できる能力育成に貢献でき、新卒訪問看護師の現状が明らかになり、今後の育成においての課題をとらえることができると考える。2022年度の研究の状況は以下の通りである。1)インタビュー実施：本年度は「新卒訪問看護師にインタビューを実施・分析する」と計画をしていた。昨年度行ったオンラインでのプレインタビューの結果を踏まえ、インタビュー内容の検討、インタビュー方法などを計画修正した。看護協会や他大学の教員から紹介していただいたステーションの所属長に、承諾を得て研究対象者を紹介していただいた。研究対象者へ説明を行い同意を得て、インタビュー環境を整え、オンラインによるインタビューを実施した。しかし、研究対象者が目標数にいまだ到達できていないため、アンケートフォームをチラシに添付し、対象者が所属していそうなステーションを紹介いただいたり、研究協力者に協力を仰ぎながら対象者を今現在も探し継続中である。2)データの整理：実施したインタビューデータを逐語録に起こし、データの整理を行っている。3）文献などによる情報収集：最新の研究の動向をアップデートし、論文化に向けて情報、意見を蓄積している。
