项目摘要

本研究は、小児科外来に受診する小児の行動や感染予防行動の実態とともに、受診時に付き添う保護者の感染予防への認識を明らかにし、必要な支援を検討することを目的としている。令和元年度は、小児科外来を受診した小児とその保護者の手指や、小児の使用する玩具の汚染の実態調査に向け、本研究に先行して行った研究での調査結果を再度分析し、調査方法の検討を行った。調査に使用する予定であった検査について、高感度の検査試薬の使用が可能となったため、情報収集を行うとともに調査方法やサンプリング方法の検討を行った。令和2年度は、新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大のため、研究協力施設との調整が困難な状況が続いた。保護者の感染予防に関する認識について、本研究に先行して行った研究の結果を再度分析し、質問紙調査の内容の検討を行った。病院施設での調査が困難な状況が続いたため、当初予定していた小児科外来での調査を実施しない方法での研究方法の検討を行った。令和3年度は、インターネット調査による保護者を対象とした質問紙調査の実施に向けて調整を進めた。実施方法を検討し依頼会社を選定するとともに、依頼会社との調整を進め対象者の抽出方法等の調査方法を調整した。新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大により、病院外来の状況や受診状況に変化があったため、現状を踏まえた質問内容となるよう、質問紙を再考した。令和4年度は、変更した研究計画で当該施設の研究倫理委員会の承認を得て、1年以内に未就学児の小児科受診に付き添った保護者を対象に、インターネットによる質問紙調査を行った。保護者400名（小児の年代は1歳未満72名、1～3歳12名、3歳以上206名）より回答が得られ、小児の行動と保護者の感染予防についての認識についてデータ分析を進め、学会発表の準備を進めた。さらに保護者の認識についての分析を進めた。
