本研究の目的は、分娩期の三陰交のツボ指圧刺激を、助産師主導の陣痛促進ケアとして確立するために、無作為化比較試験にて三陰交指圧刺激の分娩時間短縮効果と母子双方への安全性を検証することである。前年度迄で、先行研究で実施されている分娩期の三陰交指圧刺激方法が産婦の大きな苦痛を伴うことや、指圧の実施方法により妊婦や胎児の状態変化が起こる可能性があることが分かった。また、日本において分娩期の三陰交指圧の無作為化比較研究の実施がなく、安全で確実な実施のために三陰交指圧が産婦や胎児に影響しないことを改めて確認する必要があった。このため、分娩期の無作為化比較試験実施前に、陣痛発来前の妊婦に三陰交指圧を実施し、妊婦と胎児にもたらす影響の評価、指圧方法の安全性の確認、臨床で妊産婦にとって安全安楽に実施可能な指圧方法の開発を目的として、妊婦への指圧実施を行う介入試験を実施する方向で研究計画を修正した。今年度は妊婦への介入試験の研究計画を策定し、倫理委員会に申請を行った。しかし、介入実施予定施設での介入試験実施の前例がないなどの実施上の問題が多く存在したため、一旦申請を取り下げた。その後、他施設での介入試験実施可能性を検討した。他施設での実施の実現可能性は低いことが分かった。そこで改めて共同研究者と検討を行い、当初の研究実施予定施設での実施に向け、施設内での調整や種々の手続きを実施した。今後、施設内での調整が済み次第、倫理委員会に申請し、承認後に介入試験を行う。
