英文摘要
The collaborative research has been successfully carried out by detecting target cancer cells without labelling. Especially, redox labelled DNA aptamer sensor has been firstly utilized for the detection of target cells by sensing surface markers on target cells. The new platform can be utilized for the miniaturized liquid biopsy analysis system by detecting target cancer cells in a blood samples for diagnosis and prognosis of cancer.
